1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SP999 Game platform — whether through the website at sp999game.org, the Android app, or any associated mobile site — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SP999 Game.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of anyone else or acting as an agent for a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and you accept personal responsibility for ensuring compliance.

2 Eligibility

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and, where required, payment information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. SP999 Game will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials until you report a compromise.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on SP999 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

Deposits

Withdrawals

5 Bonus Policy

SP999 Game offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that will be published alongside the offer. The terms in this section apply generally to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts after the qualifying deposit or action has been completed and verified.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. SP999 Game does not guarantee that odds will remain constant between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. SP999 Game may suspend in-play markets at any point during a match without prior notice.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market.
• PSL and T20 matches interrupted by weather or other circumstances will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method if a result is declared by the relevant authority, or voided if no result is reached.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account and are displayed in the relevant betting rules section of the platform.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds or as a result of a system fault. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the account balance.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

7 Casino and Slots Rules

The casino and slots sections of SP999 Game include RNG table games, video slots and live dealer tables. All games use certified random number generation or live dealing processes provided by established third-party software providers.

• Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be changed after the round is complete.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting errors, glitches or system faults in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.

• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions or engaging in arbitrage betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

• Providing false information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including identity documents or payment details that do not belong to you.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.

9 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a terms breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure results from a confirmed breach, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, all active bonuses are forfeited and only the real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.

12 Limitation of Liability

SP999 Game provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose beyond those explicitly described in these terms.

• SP999 Game is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities on the player's end.

• Nothing in these terms limits SP999 Game's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

SP999 Game is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party payment platforms such as JazzCash or Easypaisa, or for any charges or errors introduced by those providers.

13 Changes to These Terms

SP999 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification at next login.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
